For a shop or cafe, the renovation has one job above all others: finish on time so you can open and start trading. A delayed fit-out is lost revenue and, often, a lease you are paying for but cannot use. Retail timelines are unforgiving. We plan the programme backwards from your opening date and manage the site closely to protect it. Because we use our own workforce and machinery and keep materials in our own warehouse, we are not held up waiting on outside trades or deliveries — the single biggest cause of fit-out delays. If something does shift, you hear about it early, with options.
