Flexible layouts and proper MEP

Offices change. Teams grow, departments move, tenants come and go. We plan the structure and the mechanical and electrical systems so the floor plan can be reorganised later without tearing the building apart. Power, data, lighting and air conditioning are sized and routed with maintenance in mind, which keeps the building comfortable and lowers the cost of running and changing it over time.

Can you design office layouts that can change later?
Yes. We plan structure and services so that internal partitions can be reconfigured as your team grows or as tenants change, without major rework. Open floor plates and well-placed risers make this much easier.
How important is MEP in an office building?
Very. Power distribution, data, lighting, air conditioning and ventilation define how comfortable and usable an office is. We plan these systems early so they are properly sized and easy to maintain rather than added as an afterthought.
Do you build office fit-outs as well as the building itself?
We do both. We can deliver a complete office building or focus on the interior fit-out of an existing space, depending on what you need.
How do you keep the project on budget?
Costs are built from a detailed BOQ and tracked through our in-house ERP system, with regular reports so you always know where the budget stands.
