TAKAWA is a design-and-build contractor from Chiang Mai, established in 2008. We deliver complete buildings under a single, accountable team — covering structure, architecture, mechanical and electrical systems, and day-to-day site management. Whether you are planning a residence, a commercial block, an office or an industrial facility, we manage the whole build rather than handing pieces off to disconnected subcontractors.

Scope of work

• Structural work — foundations, reinforced concrete and steel framing
• Architectural work — walls, finishes, doors, windows and roofing
• MEP systems — electrical, plumbing, sanitary and basic HVAC
• Site management — scheduling, safety, quality checks and coordination
• Permitting support and as-built documentation on handover

Why TAKAWA

We run our own workforce, own our machinery and stock common materials in our warehouse. That means we are not waiting on third parties for labour or equipment, which keeps your schedule steady. Costs are built from a detailed BOQ and tracked through our in-house ERP system, so you can see where the budget stands at any point. At peak we have delivered around 200 million baht of work in a single year, but we apply the same discipline to a modest renovation as we do to a 100-million-baht project.

How we work

We start by understanding your goals, site and budget, then prepare a clear estimate and schedule. Once work begins, a site team manages construction against the programme while our office tracks cost and quality. You receive regular progress and cost reports, and on completion we hand over the building with the documentation you need.
