TAKAWA is a design-and-build contractor from Chiang Mai, established in 2008. We deliver complete buildings under a single, accountable team — covering structure, architecture, mechanical and electrical systems, and day-to-day site management. Whether you are planning a residence, a commercial block, an office or an industrial facility, we manage the whole build rather than handing pieces off to disconnected subcontractors.

Costs are built from a detailed BOQ and tracked through our in-house ERP system, so you can see where the budget stands at any point. At peak we have delivered around 200 million baht of work in a single year, but we apply the same discipline to a modest renovation as we do to a 100-million-baht project.

How we work

We start by understanding your goals, site and budget, then prepare a clear estimate and schedule. Once work begins, a site team manages construction against the programme while our office tracks cost and quality. You receive regular progress and cost reports, and on completion we hand over the building with the documentation you need.

What size of building projects does TAKAWA take on?
We work across a wide range — from small extensions and renovations to projects above 100 million baht. Our largest single project to date was 107 million baht, so we can scale our team and machinery to match the job.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. TAKAWA is a design-and-build company, so we can take a project from concept and drawings through to a finished, handed-over building. If you already have a designer or architect, we work directly from your set of drawings.
Do you use subcontractors for everything?
No. We keep our own workforce, machinery and a material warehouse, which gives us more control over schedule and quality. We bring in specialist subcontractors only where it genuinely adds value, and we manage them directly.
How do you keep the budget under control?
Every project is costed from a detailed BOQ and tracked through our in-house ERP system. You receive regular reports so there are no surprises at the end of the job.
