Our process
A clear, repeatable process is what keeps a project on budget, on time and to standard. Here is how we run every job, from first conversation to after handover.
- 1
Brief & requirements
We start by understanding what you want to build, your budget range and your priorities.
- 2
Review the drawings
If you have drawings, we review them for buildability. If not, we help define the scope first.
- 3
Estimate & BOQ
We prepare an initial estimate and a bill of quantities so costs are clear before any commitment.
- 4
Contract
Scope, payment milestones and timeline are set out clearly in the contract before work begins.
- 5
Site preparation
We mobilise the team, machinery and materials and prepare the site to start on schedule.
- 6
Construction & control
Work proceeds with on-site supervision, cost control and procurement managed through our ERP.
- 7
Progress reporting
We report progress against plan at regular intervals so you always know where the project stands.
- 8
Quality inspection
Before handover, we inspect the work against the agreed standard and correct any issues.
- 9
Handover
We hand over the completed, inspected work along with the relevant documentation.
- 10
After handover
We provide after-handover support according to the terms set out in the contract.
