What do I need to prepare for an initial estimate?
If you have drawings, send them over. If not, send photos of the site and describe what you need, and our team will help with an initial estimate.
How do progress payments work?
We divide the work into milestones based on actual progress, and these are stated clearly in the contract before work begins.
How does TAKAWA control costs?
We use our own in-house ERP to control cost, procurement and progress, which keeps costs traceable and reduces overruns.
Do you have your own team and machinery?
Yes. We have our own workforce, machinery and material warehouse, which gives us better control over quality and schedule.
Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
Initial consultation and estimates are free of charge.
Do you provide support after handover?
Yes. We provide after-handover support according to the terms set out in the contract.
