Our in-house ERP system
We develop and use our own internal ERP to manage construction work, bringing cost control, procurement, documents and progress together in one system.
Many of the problems on a construction project come from fragmented information — costs in one place, purchasing in another, progress reported by memory. We built our ERP to connect these so that a project can be managed from a single, consistent source of truth. To protect our clients and our operations, we do not expose internal data.
Cost control
Project costs are tracked centrally, so budgets stay traceable and overruns are caught early.
Procurement
Material purchasing and supplier records run through the system, supporting buying ahead of need.
Documents
Project documents are organised and connected to the work they belong to, not scattered across files.
Progress tracking
Work progress is recorded against plan so status and reporting stay clear and up to date.
Why it matters for your project
For a project owner, the ERP is not a feature to admire — it is the reason cost stays under control and progress can be reported honestly. Because the system ties spending to procurement and progress, we can see where a project stands and act before small issues become expensive ones.
- Traceable, auditable costs
- Procurement planned ahead of need
- Documents tied to the right project
- Progress reported against plan
Our ERP runs at https://erp.takawadesign.com. Access is internal only; client and operational data are not made public.
