About TAKAWA

TAKAWA Design and Construction Co., Ltd. — a design and build company from Chiang Mai that works nationwide, with a focus on Northern Thailand, Chiang Mai and Lamphun.

TAKAWA was established in 2008, originally as a limited partnership, before growing and incorporating into a limited company. That shift from partnership to company reflects steady, systematic development to take on larger projects and run operations to a higher standard.

Over the years we have built experience across every side of the work — as architects, designers, construction contractors and project managers. That breadth means we understand a project from the first line on a drawing all the way to the finished building on site.

From small renovations to large projects

We take on work of every size — from small shop renovations and building improvements to projects worth over THB 100 million. Our largest single project to date was valued at THB 107 million, and our peak annual construction volume reached THB 200 million in 2014. Whatever the scale, every project runs through the same controlled process.
